Our Refurbishment and Recycling Programme is the heart of our sustainable business.

We started ATMRC - or ATM Refurbishment Centre - in 2007, with the aim to deliver sustainable services that met the high demands of the ATM industry. We are focused on helping our customers prolong the operational life of their ATMs and maximise their investment without compromise to customer service.

We have the experience and resources to offer a full ATM Refurbishment on their existing ATMs through our developed five-phase refurbishment process. This process involves analysis of all sub-assemblies and parts, with any faulty parts being re-worked or, if beyond economical repair, replaced. As an NCR Advance Partner and Authorised Refurbishment Partner, ATMRC will source and use genuine NCR recommended components and sub-assemblies in every available case.

During the refurbishment process, we will upgrade, where applicable, all assembly modules and parts with the latest retrofits, which may reduce incidents and service calls.

We utilise NCR Diagnostic and ATM desk diagnostic software and 3rd-party testing tools for all module repairs and confidence testing.
We also hold a large stock of different NCR ATM models that we can refurbish and upgrade to any customer specifications.

Recycling our way to net-zero and a building a more sustainable future

As part of our Recycling Programme, we take on and occasionally purchase end-of-life machines from across the UK and Europe that would otherwise be destined for landfill.

Our specialist engineers careful dissemble each machine, carefully removing and cataloguing all modules and parts that can be used in our Refurbishment Programme.

With the majority of components being reused and materials being recycled, only 5% of any machine going on to landfill.
